How Do I Find the Date My IEEPA Refund Is Going to Be Issued?

How Do I Find the Date My IEEPA Refund Is Going to Be Issued?

CBP has released ACE Reports that allow importers and brokers to track IEEPA refunds submitted through CAPE. The two most important reports for refund tracking are:

REV-603 Trade Refund Report
This report tracks refund history and shows the status of each refund.

REV-613 ACH Rejected Refunds Report
This report shows refunds that were rejected because of ACH issues.

Both reports are located in the Revenue folder inside ACE Reports.

What Report Should I Use?

Start with REV-603

Use REV-603 Trade Refund Report to track the status of your refund.

This is the report that should help you determine whether your refund has moved forward in the process, including whether it has been sent to Treasury or issued.

Use REV-613 if There Is an ACH Problem

Use REV-613 ACH Rejected Refunds Report if your refund was rejected because of an ACH issue.

This report is especially important if your refund appears to have been returned or if you expected payment but did not receive it.

In plain English:

REV-603 tells you where your refund is. REV-613 helps you figure out whether your refund bounced because of an ACH problem.

Where to Find REV-603 and REV-613 in ACE

To find the reports:

1. Log in to your Importer or Broker account in the ACE Portal.
