We are litigating in more than two dozen states to protect the Constitution and America’s founding principles. We are not a typical public interest law firm; we focus only on precedent-setting work, and take on only specific types of cases that we believe will achieve the most good for everyday Americans.

Current Staff Openings

Our culture is highly entrepreneurial, and members of our team will be expected to embrace, embody, and promote that culture. Candidates must understand and be committed to our overall mission and litigation approach.

We offer competitive salaries, performance-based bonuses, health and dental insurance, and a retirement savings plan with employer matching
