Partnering with Us
The Liberty Justice Center is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public-interest litigation firm that fights for the constitutional rights of families, workers, advocates, and entrepreneurs—without ever charging our clients a dime. Our team brings strategic, precedent-setting cases designed to revitalize constitutional limits on government power and strengthen protections for individual rights, from trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court.
When you donate your time, you help expand our capacity to challenge some of the biggest threats to liberty nationwide and to defend Americans who otherwise could not afford counsel. Together, we can build the America we seek to preserve for ourselves, our families, and our future.

Where You Can Serve
LJC organizes its work into four core issue areas where your experience can immediately make a difference:
Free Speech
Protect political, commercial, and anonymous speech, and challenge laws and policies that censor dissenting views.
Government Overreach
Push back against unconstitutional regulations, unchecked agency power, and other abuses that burden individuals and small businesses.
Workers’ Rights
Defend workers’ First Amendment right to choose whether to support a union, and challenge laws that force individuals to join or fund private organizations.
Educational Freedom
Safeguard school-choice programs, defend students, parents, and educators when their rights are violated, and expand meaningful education options.
Why it Matters
Every Liberty Justice Center client is represented free of charge, no matter how long or how far their case goes. That commitment allows ordinary Americans—public employees, small business owners, parents, students, and advocates—to stand up to powerful institutions and overreaching government agencies.
Who Should Volunteer
We welcome attorneys from firms of all sizes, in-house departments, and solo practices who share our commitment to individual liberty and the rule of law.
