Defending Parents' Rights
The PARENTS Initiative stands with parents, school boards, and districts that choose transparency, accountability, and lawful parental-notification policies. Through rapid-response defense, litigation, and policy enforcement, the Liberty Justice Center pushes back when government officials try to override families.

The PARENTS Initiative is already at work in California, where the Liberty Justice Center has defended districts such as Chino Valley Unified and Rocklin Unified against attempts to erase parental-notification policies. The initiative also pushes back against statewide restrictions like AB 1955 and the officials enforcing them.
This is not about politics. It is about power, rights, and whether parents are told the truth about their own children. The PARENTS Initiative answers with litigation, public pressure, and a clear message: parents do not lose their rights at the schoolhouse door.
