What HTS Codes are included in the IEEPA Refunds?

Phase 1 Refund-Eligible HTS Codes (IEEPA / CAPE)

The following list reflects the 161 Chapter 99 HTS codes currently eligible for refunds under Phase 1 of the CBP CAPE process. These codes represent the IEEPA tariff provisions applied to imports and are the basis for determining refund eligibility. If one of these HTS codes appears on your entry summary, the associated duties may be refundable through CAPE.
