Ian Duncan
Legal Intern, Liberty Justice Center
Ian is a 3L at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he serves as Treasurer of the Federalist Society, Articles Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, and research assistant to Professor Lorenzo Luisetto. He graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies and has completed judicial externships with the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals. He is particularly interested in constitutional litigation and appellate practice.
