Samuel Rutzick is a Staff Attorney for the Liberty Justice Center. He’s excited to continue the fight for our constitutional freedoms and the rule of law.
Samuel received a B.A. in History from Columbia University, with a concentration in Medieval and Renaissance Studies. He graduated with a J.D. from George Washington Law School, where his Note, “Regulatory Takings on the Reservation” was published in the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Subsequently, he worked for the Pacific Legal Foundation and then the Cato Institute, where his briefs were filed for several appellate courts and the Supreme Court. While all law is interesting, his favorite topics involve constitutional issues and obscure historical trivia.
