On April 13, 2021, the Liberty Justice Center filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reconsider its decision in Kelo v. City of New London, arguing that courts should not allow local governments to take private property based on unreliable predictions that the property might be “blighted” in the future.
