Giving Through Your Will or Living Trust, Join the LJC Legacy Society
How to Join
Bequests to the Liberty Justice Center can be expressed as a dollar amount, a percentage, or all or part of your estate. If you are ready to include Liberty Justice Center in your will, you can use this language:
“I give, devise, and bequeath to the Liberty Justice Center, 7500 Rialto Blvd., Suite 1-250, Austin, TX 78735, which has a federal tax id number of 45-4204425, the sum of $ _______, or ________% of my residuary estate (or describe the specific asset to be gifted).”
You can make a bequest to the Liberty Justice Center by adding a codicil to your will or an amendment to your living trust. Please let us know so we can thank you and welcome you to our Legacy Society.
