Penn State Extension Educator Says Her Promotion Was Blocked Over Diversity

An Extension educator is suing Penn State, saying she was denied promotion because she did not sufficiently advance the university’s diversity goals.

Molly Kelly, a wine and grape educator from Lycoming County, said the rejection amounts to viewpoint discrimination.
