(Morning in America)—Liberty Justice Center President Jacob Huebert discusses the lawsuits challenging the proposed federal TikTok ban in an interview on Morning in America, just a few hours before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia heard oral arguments in the combined legal challenges to the ban.
The case is expected to head to the Supreme Court after the Court of Appeals issues its decision.
