Jan. 7, 2022 – Brandon Trosclair, a small business owner from Louisiana, joined Fox News to discuss the challenges to the OSHA vaccine mandate being heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Represented by the Liberty Justice Center and Pelican Institute for Public Policy, Trosclair filed a lawsuit, BST Holdings, LLC v. OSHA, asking the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn the mandate on grounds that it exceeds the authority granted by Congress to OSHA. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Brandon Trosclair’s petition, halting the vaccine mandate pending further court review. On Friday, Jan. 7, the U.S. Supreme Court considered emergency applications to halt the enforcement of the mandate.
