Liberty Justice Center is seeking an attorney with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience to join our team of lawyers who fight to advance liberty and protect constitutional rights as a Staff Attorney.
The Liberty Justice Center brings cutting-edge litigation to challenge the latest and greatest threats to liberty across the country. Our cases take on issues ranging from free speech to federal government overreach to educational freedom, among others.
Staff Attorneys are responsible for:
- conducting legal research, including research on cutting-edge constitutional issues;
- preparing motions and legal briefs;
- participating in all other facets of litigation, under the supervision of a Senior Counsel;
- writing content for publication related to the Liberty Justice Center’s work.
A staff attorney must have excellent writing and communication skills, and must be dedicated to the Liberty Justice Center’s mission to advance liberty by protecting individual rights and enforcing limits on government power through litigation.
