A group of parents are standing up to the Chicago Teachers Union after 300,000+ students were locked out of in-person learning at Chicago Public Schools.
The Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit in state court against the State of Vermont, the state’s Secretary of Education, the state Board of Education and four of Vermont’s public school districts to ensure equal access to upstanding education.
