The Liberty Justice Center fights for the constitutional rights of American families, workers, advocates, and entrepreneurs. We represent individuals, businesses, and other groups whose constitutional rights have been violated by federal, state, or local governments. 

Our ability to provide assistance is limited by our mission and resources. As a public interest law firm, we represent all our clients pro bono. The first step is to evaluate the specifics of your case and determine whether we can help you. We do not take criminal cases, cases against private parties, or domestic relations (i.e., divorce, child custody/support, or other family disputes).
