Chloe Howe is the Communications and Development Coordinator at LJC.  Chloe earned her B.A. in English from Azusa Pacific University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and competed as a collegiate soccer player. She went on to receive her M.A. in Public Policy with honors from Pepperdine University in 2023, specializing in American Politics and Policy as well as State and Local Policy.

Chloe has worked with several nonprofits, including the NC Values Coalition and the James Wilson Institute, where she supported the advancement of conservative policy initiatives and common sense ideologies. She and her husband, currently live in North Carolina with their two cats.
