Duncan is a 2024 graduate from Wake Forest Law School who focuses on free speech and emerging technologies. He graduated in 2020 from American University with degrees in religious studies and law, during which time he wrote two books on philosophy. He sits on the Board of Kids Connection Haiti and is a contributor to the TimeLine Earth podcast. He currently lives in Carlisle, PA where he spends his free time with his wife and reading about ancient history.
