November 8, 2021 – Louisiana business owner Brandon Trosclair and Daniel Suhr, managing attorney at Liberty Justice Center, joined Shannon Bream on Fox News @ Night to discuss their lawsuit challenging the federal vaccine mandate. The Liberty Justice Center and Pelican Institute for Public Policy are representing Trosclair and a group of remote workers from Texas in BST Holdings, LLC v. OSHA.
