Jeffrey Jennings, Staff Attorney, Liberty Justice Center

Jeff Jennings is a Staff Attorney at Liberty Justice Center.

Prior to joining LJC, Jeff was a Staff Attorney at the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation where he helped defend the free speech and association rights of workers from labor unions. During law school he completed two clerkships at the Institute for Justice.

He received his J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School George Mason University. Jeff is a member of the Virginia State Bar. (Admitted in VA only.)

Ex-MassHealth official sues after being fired for comments in Milton Facebook group – Patriot Ledger

The five-count lawsuit names MassHealth, acting Assistant Secretary Amanda Cassel Kraft, former Assistant Secretary Daniel Tsai and Director of Diversity and Civil Rights Sonia Bryan. They are accused of violating Foley’s First Amendment right to free speech and her state constitutional right to free speech. Foley is also alleging wrongful termination, a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment for not affording her due process and a violation of her state constitutional right to due process.
