The Issue At a Glance: The Federal Vaccine Mandate is Illegal
On September 9, 2021, the Biden Administration announced a federal vaccine mandate that impacts millions of Americans—federal contractors and employees at private companies that employ more than 100 workers must be vaccinated or test weekly for the COVID-19 virus.
Imposing such a requirement on federal contractors or employees of private businesses is illegal.
The Biden Administration has already tried to override Americans’ constitutional rights on previous occasions, including through the extended eviction moratorium which was struck down by the Supreme Court. Attorneys at the Liberty Justice Center, a national Supreme Court-winning law firm, are preparing legal action at no cost on behalf of federal contractors, employees and private business owners being impacted by the federal government’s vaccine mandate.
